The area is not so clean especially for babies and toddlers. Wet diapers are hanging on the wall, next to the changing tables, in plastic bags. With at least 3 changing tables, and bags full of wet diapers next to them, you can imagine the smell!

The crew has poor customer service skills: they barely smile, as of they do not want to be there, answers cells phones while giving tours...Plus the forms seem to have been typed by amateurs! Format is bad, presentation is very worse and they never sign any correspondence (basic rule)...Lastly, the food choice, especially for young toddlers, I find was too greasy way too often.

Only somewhat positive points would be the price that is not extremely high, and of course, since I am sure parents don't leave their children there for too long, availability is good - no waiting list.
