There was a roach in my food. I spoke to the manager and they would not give my money back. Instead she offered to make me another plate to replace, stating the no refund policy as the reason. This place is nasty and horrible!

Okay, so the food is very good and the staff is amazing... However, the place was a mess. The place is infested with spiders. Sitting in the ballroom, one started to crawl across the table and they are in every corner of the room. They are just infested outside with them. One of my servers say they never spray and it's BLATANTLY obvious. I was not the only person who noticed either. It makes me so mad. Such a nice place and they can't even take a few dollars to spray and get rid of the spiders. I'm not talking 1 or 2... I'm talking 10 or so dozen of them EVERYWHERE. I was going to host my daughter's grad party there but if it's like this in the Spring, imagine it early July. Lost my business.
