If you are planning to mail in a rebate on a case of beer, DON'T SHOP HERE. Apparently they have a policy where they don't put the name of the brand purchased on the receipt, which therefore makes it invalid when trying to redeem. When I explained this to the female in her 50s who was working there (presumably a manager/owner), she basically yelled at me, told me I was being ridiculous, and that no one ever complained about such an issue before. She most likely never heard complaints because no one else has ever bothered to shop there again after being disrespected like that, not to mention the store is a hellhole and I only went because I live 2 minutes away.



Bottom line is that I have lost $20 in potential rebates because of their faulty business practice and I will never step foot in there ever again. I suggest you do the same, as there are better distributors nearby with nicer employees who actually provide you with legitimate receipts for your purchases.
