I'm disappointed with their customer service. We bought an expensive pair of Keen Boots last winter season. I am not a fan of Keen products, I believe their quality has gone down hill, however the sales person convinced us otherwise. We were told the warranty on Keen products is superb and if we ever had a problem we could simply bring them back to their store and they would replace them and take care of all discussions with keen. Now we are one winter later, the boots are broken, we purchased them just over a year ago, and the sales manager told us we would have to discuss it with keen directly. Very disappointed, We will now have to wait multiple weeks to mail the boots back and forth with Keen while it keeps snowing outside (hopefully). I feel I was mislead and/or lied to by the salesman.
