First of all, it pains me to write bad reviews but this bank almost made us lose land we had under contract because they decided to change their minimum down payment from 20 to 25% the DAY BEFORE my closing & forgot to tell us. We had to scramble and find another bank to close the loan (all other banks only needed 20%) by the next week so we didn't lose it! I have been in real estate for many years & as an investor I have bought many properties & have never seen or had this happen to us before by any bank. This was completely unprofessional & I would never wish for anyone to have to go through this stress! Don't get a loan with these people!
