Lied about pricing. Took over a week to come back...the lenses were wrong. Another week later Jason the lab manager broke the frames still denies it and now they are basically holding my glasses hostage saying they won't send out to fix because I owe more money....the receipt they gave said no patient balance due. Over a month later my daughter still doesn't have a pair of glasses and they want more money. Jason provides terrible service. Basically said I'm an idiot my parents are liars and its my insurance providers fault.
