Ordered an arrangement for $100.00 to be delivered to Calvery Cemetary across the street and expected something similar to what was advertised online when I searched their name. The flowers delivered were NOTHING in comparison and were delivered a half hour after the order was placed. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction and disappointment; Dave, who claimed to be the owner, literally told me off and refused to show any concern for my dissatisfaction. He refused to compensate me in any way as insists I actually got more than what I should've. His employee threatened he'd go to the baby's grave and take the arrangement apart piece by piece to make an itemized list for me of what the arrangement contained to prove I got good value. Both men were Extremely rude and unprofessional. They argued with me for 27 minutes until I ended the call. I specified I wanted something Beautiful for a baby girl's funeral. What was delivered is a mess. You see for yourself here. Im posting a pic of what was expected and what was delivered. Worst customer/ business owner experience ever and I will never deal with them again. Perhaps they figured since I ordered from out of state, I'd never know the difference. I'll add a close up pic if I can but I'm sure you see why I'm upset. Also, although Dave gave me an imaginary list of all the different flowers that were supposedly in the (white???) paper maché basket, the photo speaks for itself. A black basket for a baby girl..... Then he said he never actually saw it before it was delivered. He was only guessing from how other arrangements are made. Very disappointed. Very hurt. Never again will Connyngham Fliorist have my business.

I don't order flowers often but past two times I ordered from Cunningham florist and by far the nicest flowers I have veered ordered around area. The were full and fresh. Definitely will order from there from now on.
