Not a very pleasant experience. Our car had some electrical problems. Had to take our car back 3 times after spending over $400. They put a new switch on that didn't even fix the problem. The left headlight fell out with my wife on her way to church Our cruise control was working when I took it the third time after picking it up the cruise no longer worked. They check it out and will only cost $567 to replace the switch. So now I'm suppose to pay more than what I already have to get something else fixed that was working when I took it in.

Had my car towed to riches and they figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it quick and didn't cost me as much as estimates from other places. Rich's has always treated me Fair and their work is awesome. I will always go to Rich's and I recommend Rich's to everybody.

We took our truck to Rich's shop for a rear end repair. He came back saying it needed new brake pads and a rotor, caliper, and hose on the rear passenger side as well as an axle shaft. We requested him to check the rear end for damage as well as the driver's side. They quoted $1,145 providing there wasn't any damage done elsewhere. It took 17 DAYS for them to "fix" it. The first thing we noticed was a broken door. After driving it home we found that the rear end was leaking, brake pads were only put on one side and they didn't take the rear end apart at all. I withdrew the money from the bank for the repairs and came into Rich's shop to resolve the issue. Rich cussed my husband and I out defending his shoddy work and told my husband to get his "stupid fu***** bit** out of his shop, so they could talk" I've never heard of a professional shop only putting brake pads on one side let alone talking to a customer the way Rich did.
