The apartments look very nice but don't get misled by this. They have way too many maintenance issues for a new apartment complex. And unless is an emergency it really takes the staff a few months to fix the tiniest maintenance issue that you have.



This is how it works: first you really have to chase them for weeks to even have have the maintenance guy take a look at your problem. Then for a few months they give you all sorts of lame excuses that really make you feel you're talking to a kidnergarden kid who didn't do their homework ... like it would be your problem that they are understaffed for over 3 months ... but because of that and other lame excuses you're stuck with a broken window for months ... you have too keep following and litteraly chasing them both on the phone and in person ... and for the most part they are not available on the phone nor do they return your calls ...



As nice as the apartments look, is really not worth it ... you'll be stuck with serious maintnance issues for months ...
