A laundry with no hot water to wash your clothes with. I was told the hot water heater was unsafe to use so it was turned off. There was no posting on the door or in the facility that hot water was not available. I was refunded for the 2 loads that I set on hot. BUT you can not get anyone to answer the phone to find out if the hot water is working again. I can not even find out if this is a franchise. I even tried calling the location in Warner Robins and no one answers the phone there. Customer service is not high on the list for these people. It seems they just want you to come in, use the equipment as is and move on. Don't seem to care about repeat business from customers who care about the cleanliness of their laundry.
