The worst experience of my entire life. I called, gave them my address, told them exactly where I needed to go. They told me ten dollars. Fine. ON THE WAY to the day care, cause I have 18th month old with me, they tell me it'll be 20. I told them I wasnt gonna pay the 20 because they told me 10 before they even picked me up. Initially they were just gonna drop me off and leave me at the day care, but since I wasnt gonna pay the full twenty and just 5 dollars (cause they said 2 stops 5 dollars each) they drop me and my 18 month old at the police department with no way to go. These people only care about money and apparently not service. DONT NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.

It was great I got there in time and didn't have my baby in the cab I think it's great for the most part

Trashy service! More trashy customer service! WAR ON EGB! There will be a new cab service in town and I will run this trash out of business!

This company is so terrible it doesn't deserve even 1 star. Driver passed the house late and went down and sat in a driveway about a half mile away, we called dispatch who was no help she kept putting us on hold aND the cab sat in the wrong driveway for 10 min before my son who was by now late for work had to walk to the cab and then she smiled going by, really? And then took the scenic route which made him even later, someone should tale their cabs away they are considerate of others time and job, Thank God he wasn't fired. He accidentlly called this company by mistake as we had read the reviews here before and im here to tell you the reviews are true.....ERRAND EXPRESS is the way to go for your cab needs

This taxi service is cheap for a reason I called at 12 a.m. for a flight I have a 5 a.m. after spending $183 on my flight I never made it to the airport and it takes about 2 hours to get to Atlanta Airport from Dublin I kept calling every 20 to 30 minutes to see if someone could guve me a ride but did Dispatch said that there was nobody around to take me its funny how does suddenly nobody around but yet they can have cars rip and run up and down the street all night long if you ever plan to leave Dublin do not under any circumstances give these people your money you're safe of planning ahead with a friend to take you there or a neighbor again this is not personal experience and I would never trust them to take me anywhere outside of Dublin ever again my overall experience was done on this particular situation is a 0 out of 5 stars the only person in the situation who can get a star if anything would be dispatched not to mention they charge you $125 for a car trip you would think somebody don't want to take that truck specially as the economy is nowadays again like I said do not under any circumstance curse these people to take you outside of Dublin unless you plan to be there 12 hours early
