I went to Mama P’s kitchen for the first time this evening. The food is amazing and they give you huge portions for the price. Authentic Caribbean food which reminds me of my trips down there. The staff is super friendly and even offered us samples so we liked what we were paying for. I definitely will be going back and supporting this local business.

I love Carribean food so when I heard a new Jamaican restaurant was opening in Dublin I was already excited to try it. Its a small place and only open for about a week with no tables so to go orders only right now. The staff was friendly and helpful and we tried the jerk chicken with rice and vegetables which was delicious. I would have liked mine with a little more kick but they do have the hot sauce on the counter so it was my fault for not grabbing some. The vegetables were great as well. I also tried their mango pineaple juice, which was really good and worth the three dollars. They offer other Jamaican dishes, $1.50 sides (the plantains were really good), and Jamaican sodas as well. The prices were fair and comparable to other Jamaican places I have been to. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone on the fence about trying this restaurant.
