Bathrooms don't have sinks, have to come out into eating area to wash hands. Went to a kids party and the water found was broken so when I asked for a cup so my daughter could get water the lady behind the counter said they had to charge me. She would have until a couple other parents began to complain on my behalf. How are you going to have a broken water fountain and then charge customers when they need a cup to get a drink of water? The food is mediocre at best and the prices are high for such a small selection of half way decent food. It is a total deadzone in there. No signal whatsoever regardless of your carrier, so if there is an emergency you are out of luck unless you stay outside. Service is horrible. If you arrive after the main crowd has gone in you have to wait and wait for someon to come to the front so you can pay and get in, not to mention that they never can seem to open up on time. Have to wait at the snack bar or skate turn in for someone to show up and help.
