I had a truck stolen, American Colonial Administration was my gap insurance carrier. They claim that I never sent them any form of documentation and denied my claim. I had to keep resending them the information over and over and they keep telling my I never sent them any paper work in. Even though I have proof that I sent in this paper work with fax copies they still will not reopen my claim I am now forced with hiring an attorney.
