PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I beg you: DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE AND MOVE HERE! The complex is very bad with maintenance issues and the staff is not capable of fixing the problems in your apartment. All the other reviews are true and there are hidden fees almost adding $200/month added to your rent. They lump sum the entire water and sewer charges for the complex and divide in order to give you your bill. I travel often for business so there are sometimes I do not use a drop of water for a week but still get charged the same price. They also charge for COMMON ELECTRIC which includes hallway lights and parking lot lights which never turn off. Also a $7.99 administrative fee, $10.99 for pest control and $19.88 for trash every month! I am just trying to help people like me that were taken advantage of. The management company is called the Connor Group. They manage multiple complexes in Columbus so beware.
