He was very nice , i am in search of a jeep and he thoroughly explained the difference between a dezel engine and a gas engine as well as pros and cons and trying to help me identify which would work best for me. if you have any questions i say talk to Dustin he is GREAT !! Have you ever got late for oil-change at auto service station? Have you ever waited almost two hours for simple oil change? Have you ever seen a service man scream, yell, and threat a customer like a jerk? Here is my story of how badly I was treated by the service manager in Crown Kia in Dublin Ohio.I arrived 15-minute late for oil change. I asked whether I should reschedule. A man at check-in simply ignored my question and drove off to service entrance. At that time, no other car was seen inside the building. Thus, I thought that he was going to do oil change within a normal time frame.Well, I ended up with waiting almost TWO hours for simple oil change. Despite long waiting, no employee came in to tell me why. I stopped by the office several times, but I found nobody in there. When I finally found the man who had checked me in, I asked why oil change took so long. He rudely blurted out that my late arrival was the fault. So, I asked why he did not tell rescheduling at the beginning. He suddenly stood up and screamed at me âDonât yell at me. You sit down.â Despite he started yelling first, he accused me of yelling. In state of shock, I yelled back. He continued screaming repeatedly âDonât yell at me, Sit down, I am going to call police,â on and onHe scorned me like a child and verbally attacked me as if I did something terribly wrong. He was so skilled at blaming and accusing the other party (me) about something he was entirely responsible for. It became obvious that he tried to overpower me by yelling and threatening, in attempt to escape from his own responsibility and mistakes. He also refused when I wanted to talk with the manager or his boss. (He said he is manager.) When I said I would not come back for another service, he yelled again, WE DONâT WANT YOU TO COME BACK. He never said a word âsorry.â Nobody deserves this kind of abusive behavior, especially after having waited for almost TWO hours of oil change, without being told of what was going on. As a final note: 1. Is the manager supposed to be a model to other employees under his supervision? It is disturbing that he is in charge of customer service.2. I felt that I was mistreated more badly by this man, perhaps because I am an Asian woman. I wonder whether he could treat a customer of majority race in such horrible way.Thanks for reading.
