I would steer clear of this place. The customer service is not good and it's not very clean.



I scheduled an emergency appointment on a Saturday. I waited and hour and a half to see the dentist who looked at my tooth and told me what I already knew, it was broken. She proceeded to tell me they would call me on Monday to schedule an appointment to fix my broken tooth. They never called on Monday and when I called to try and make an appointment all I got was voicemail. I thought the point of an emergency appointment was to take care of an emergency, not to tell me that I am having one and then make me wait to get it taken care of.



Now I'll have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket for an appointment because I wasted the appointment covered under my insurance having this place develop a "treatment plan" for me during an emergency visit. The people were nice but the service was awful.

The DentalWorks staff is punctual, nice and very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I receive exceptional service each visit. The Tuttle Crossing Mall is also a convenient location for me.
