I drove cab for thirty years in Florida. I’ve filled every position at one time or another except for dispatch. I’ve owned two small cab companies, and drove for three different medium sized fleet operators. To say that I know the cab industry is an understatement. I’ve also never been in the employ of Dublin Cab, nor had I used their services prior to today.

All that aside, I found myself in need of a ride today, and despite a couple of bad reviews, I rolled the dice. The cab arrived in the time frame indicated by their phone answerer. It was clean, and in good mechanical condition. The driver was completely professional, and even asked me if I had a preferred route. The fare was on the meter, so there was no hanky-pinky, and my debit card was accepted for payment.

I would not hesitate to avail myself of their services again. And please remember when you read the less than stellar reviews, that some passengers are beyond difficult, and impossible to please. I’ve had a few of those in my thirty year career. They tend to be the ones that take the time to write a review.....and make up less than one per cent of a driver’s passengers. I am grumpy and demanding. When I was a supervisor and as an owner, my drivers dreaded facing me when something was less than perfect. Today’s ride, for all intents and purposes, was perfect. You can use these guys with confidence, and remember that using a cab instead of Uber or Lyft will give you a properly insured, background checked transportation professional.

These guys are very professional and the taxi is clean. I used them to take me to the airport and I was very impressed. I would recommend them!

Over charged by going the long route when i asked her to go a specific, shorter route. Then when we agreed on $60 at the end of the fare, she called the cops on me after saying that i didn't pay the fare.



Never use this company.

Worst cab company ever. If you live in Delaware, DO NOT RELY on this cab company to service you. They told me on the phone they only worry about Dublin. They tell you that they will come get you, but never do.They are extremely rude! I will never use this cab company. Poor way to conduct business.

This Cab Company is the worst in Columbus. I called for a cab and it never came. Think about walking home before you call this cab company.

As a non-driver I tend to rely on taxis quite a bit, and have tried many different options for my area. Dublin Taxi is by far the best service out there. They are reliable, and don't allow people to steal your taxi- they check with you to make sure they are picking up the right person. Their drivers are also by far the safest on the road, providing smooth travel while never letting safety slip behind the wheel. They also have the best rates of any taxi service I have ever used. I would recommend Dublin Taxi to anyone who is departing from or arriving to the Dublin area.
