Ridiculously Rude! Lacks any type of customer service. Dropped off luggage to have a wheel fixed. Told me they would call if it would be more than a couple of days. Told her I needed it by July 2nd and stopped to pick it up on the 2nd because I never heard from them so I thought it would be done. Nope! Told me it would be another week. I asked for my bag back and a full refund. She told me I would have to drive somewhere else to get it. I said no. She needed to get the bag back to the shop. I got my refund and waited. She wasn't one bit apologetic.

This is a great place to get repairs done. I wore a coat in with a broken zipper and was looking around and by the time I was ready to leave it was done!! I thought I'd have to leave it for a week! Good Service!

Left a piece of luggage there for a month. It needed a handle replaced. The work was never completed and I had to take it elsewhere to be fixed.
