We have purchased 2 vehicles at Johnson Motor's recently. Sales department was very helpful. However, after that it is impossible to speak with someone. We have called all contact numbers for over half and hour and no one, not even a receptionist will answer. If you can get them to pick up, they just transfer you to Service which never picks up. We drove over 45 min to buy our vehicles there but will not be returning if this is the service they offer. Clearly it is all about selling a car and not customer experience.
