They are the most expensive in Dubois and the worse quality. I went to Petco when I first move here. Have been trying others.

An emergency happen with a dew claw growing into my dog's skin from Canine Cutlery. Don't go there eighter. Petco was shipping me to a vet. What kind of groomers do they have! They can't clip a dew claw??

I got it done myself.

I had an appointment at 8 am this morning and when we got there, they took another dog first and told us it would be three hours till we got him back. We were leaving out of town and now late. They lost a customer because that is rediculous.

I have taken my Shih Tzu mix to PetCo, DuBois ever since they first opened up. They have done a wonderful job and performed the tasks to my exact (rather picky) specifications. They were wonderful each and every time.

I was displeased with their grooming service, it was poorly done plus the last and final time I brought my dog there she ended up getting hurt. When I called to complain I got routed from manager to manager trying to cover up things. I was lied to over the phone about her getting hurt. I have a gentle loving little dog who NEVER bites, after this last trip you can't touch her without getting bitten. Stay away from this business, you're better off finding a locally owned groomer who will take better care of your fuzzy family member than this store.
