Disappointed

Just moved into the University Apartment, extremely disappointed. Items were broken upon, nail holes all over the walls, dirty vents, missing towel bar, etc. It's been a month and they are still working on repairs that should have been completed prior to my move in. Noise levels are terrible, can hear the people above me, when they talk, flush the toilet and walk. The Klucks don't seem to care about satisfied tenants, just want the money.
