The bride and 3 of her bridesmaids came into the store so the girls could see the dress the bride picked out for them and to get measured for the wedding. We were in there on March 1st with the wedding being June 28th. We were told that it would cost more because there would have to be a rush order for these dresses. The bride had called asked before they came and was told 4-6 weeks. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come and get the dress that the bride had picked out so they could see and get measured for the dress. They were rude and inpatient to not only the bridesmaid but to the bride. When they were told it would be extra for the one bridesmaid to have this dress lengthened the bride was given less that 2 minutes to decide what she was going to do. Such a big decision in such a short amount of time. We were asked several times why the 4th bridesmaid was not there and again we told them she lived in Minneapolis and could not be there because she was working and there was a snowstorm between the 2 places. They were rude to the bridesmaids but even more rude and inpatient with the bride. The bride asked if they could get her dress out so she could show it to the bridesmaids and myself they asked if that was necessary and told her that she could not try it on. I was very upset by the way these young women were treated, but I was impress by how the bride and the bridesmaids handled themselves when they were treated so poorly.
