We were en route from Colorado and had problems with our transmission. I didn't know what the problem was, so when I asked at a Theisen's store in Dubuque, they recommended Drive Line. We really didn't have any idea who to call, but glad I did since we had our entire family (including a 9-month-old) and 4 other children with us. We were relocating to North Carolina, so the trailer was obviously full. I explained the problem on the phone, the noises our vehicle was making, etc. They had it towed for us, recommended a hotel, and other activities for our family, and repaired the problem - after hours - to get us on the road right away in the morning! Took my vehicle May 2009 had problems with the four wheel drive. Without calling, they fixed it without a price quote. 1st bad experience. Next was Dec. 24th 2010. More problems with four wheel drive. Called them incase of possible warranties/ and they were the last to work on it. Found problem to be from the wrong tires put on from another company. All of the headache could have been avoided if Driveline could have found this problem 1st time. Tires place- replaced all tires and driveline agreed to work something out with 4x4 problems. My vehicle sat on their property for 2 weeks. No repairs- no return phone calls & excuses to why they didnt work on it! When I mentioned that they could be responsible for helping with cost of a rental car, if I didnt get answers. I was asked to remove my unsafe/unfixed vehicle from their property. Not honest- Beware!
