We purchased a washing machine from Dubuque Appliance. The salesman couldn't have been more helpful in answering all our questions. When it was delivered, two really polite young men moved out our old machine and in no time had the new one in place. They treated us like family.

We put in our microwave for repair and they had it over 10 days. We were told a few days it would be ready. 1 week later we were told Friday or Monday. On Monday I called and they said they still didn't get to it. Then when I told the lady we would pick it up, she hung up on me. 1. why wasn't it offered to be fixed by the time we got there? 2. how can they stay in business putting off customers?3. if they can't/won't do small repair be upfront and honest about a time frame. As bigger jobs came in, ours was getting put on the back burner.
