Indigo-blu has been my favorite property manager thus far. Any time I needed help Joe quickly got it done. Their communication was always very quick, respectful and kind. A lot of people have told me they’ve had trouble finding a good property manager in Dubuque, so I feel very lucky because Indigo-Blu has been top notch.

Lived at their 1631 Main Street managed by Indigo Blu. Lived there for about a year and had a great experience. Joe was super helpful and attentive if things ever came up with the apartment. Also, not many places in Dubuque accept pets, and this is one of the few. Would recommend.

Joe and Kelly are really great to rent from. They always fix any issues that have/can arise and they do so in a very timely manner. They're also exceptionally nice and very friendly to deal with which is always a bonus. My apartment itself is very nice and has everything I could ask for, with plenty of space to use for whatever suits my needs. They've also done some renovation work on my apartment while I've been living here to improve the energy efficiency, and replaced certain appliances that were old and outdated.

Joe and Kelly are amazing landlords. They are very responsive and very kind. They are fair and easy to get a long with. The apartments are beautiful and you can just tell they want the best for their tenants! I would definitely recommend renting from indigo blu!

I think Joe and Kelly O'Donnell are some of the best landlords around. You do not have many that will break their back to make sure that everything is in working condition and only a call away if anything was to happen. We have never had to worry or think of any problems when it comes to our residence that we are renting from them. We are greatly appreciative of what they have done for us because most landlords wouldn't do a portion of what they have. From two tenants who love the service and quality that we get, we would just like to say thank you. And if you interested in a house or apartment it is best to go with Indigo Blu LLC.

Great land lord, quick to fix any issues you may come up with. Also it is really nice to find a good apartment that allows animals. My apartment is in a very centralized area of town with many nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Indigo-blu is the perfect place to live in downtown Dubuque. I love the convenience of living within walking distance to restaurants, businesses, the farmers market, & the library. The landlords have done an amazing job of preserving such a beautiful, historic building. They are very kind & helpful - the BEST possible! I am so thankful I discovered this incredible place. I highly recommend Indigo-blu!

I move at least once a year, this is by far the best experience I've had with A Landlord. Great on communication and on top of building maintenance. Nice size apartment and beautifully maintained.

Property management is less than professional. Rent prices are overpriced compared to area comps and are arbitrarily configured.

First It is in a fun neighborhood. It has a fresh clean look with all the right appliances and it was a great price for such a good looking spot. The landlord is involved and caring. A great plus when you move into a new neighborhood.

Great apartment, the colors and location. I like living within walking distance of resteraunts, downtown night life. Make sure you ask about a garage!
