I agree with Hillary and can't stand landlord Steve. People forced to move and yet others who are just as bad or worse aren't forced to move (my guess is because they pay extra). The only great thing is the location but everything else stinks. Not Equal Housing if you ask me.

Was a renter at the apartment. Many problems with heating, cooling, water temperature, loud tenants after 10PM, problems with certain tenants following the rules, and the landlord not doing anything about some of the issues or making changes.Would like NO stars and only recommend moving in here if you like the school district, cheap rent, and unfair service/landlord!
