When my engine started knocking I called around to find who was paying the best price for my car. I called several yards and Key City offered me the best price. We set up a time to have the car picked up. After they got the car loaded I followed the truck to the yard because I wanted to keep my tires since they were almost new. The guys removed the tires for me and put them in my friends truck. After weighing the car I ended up getting even more than I was told I could expect for the car when I called. Which made me happy. I used the money to buy a different car. Will use them again the next time my car dies. Thanks

I liked the way I was dealt with the one time I did business with this establishment, but..... when I tried to call for a second item, I kept getting hooked up to a fax machine on BOTH numbers (the 800 and the local). Bad business - get a new fax that can tell what's what. Also, what;s with the hoops I need to jump through to leave this review. I have NO idea what a review title should be or a display name. And this cutsy little non-machine readable gimmick is just a bit much - it is very hard to decipher. I know why it's there, but I have definitely used some that are much easier to decipher.
