I just purchased glasses at Lencrafters in Dubuque. I received a call that they were in and I stopped over to pick them up late yesterday afternoon. I walked into their store where there were no customers at the time and there was man at the counter. I gave him my name and why I was there. He found my glasses and he told me to sit down. He verified from paperwork they were paid in full and I signed a couple forms. I put the glasses on and he never even looked at me--he said enjoy your new glasses. I walked out amazed that there was no fitting --nothing. I spent over $500 on these glasses and that is what I got. I gave one star because the person who helped me pick them out was nice. I will never go back.
