Provided by SuperpagesMy girfriend and I went to this bar on Thanksgiving, and I was charged $8 for a Blind Russian. I didn't realize it until after I finished my second one. The bar isn't high-end enough to charge that much for that particular drink. Truly, I felt my money was stolen from me. Moreover, one of the owners and the bartender that served us didn't seem to show alot of positive energy while bartending. Right now, there are other saloons better in Dubuque. Until they improve, my girlfriend and I will be enjoying ourselves at Lot One... ,which is right down the street from Mason Dixon Saloon.
