My dear friends sent me a get well arrangement on Thursday from New Whites Florist. It arrived with no water in the vase and the day was hot. I called White's florist to tell them, and the person on the phone, Vicki, told me no big deal, just put water in the vase. I did this. The next day the flowers started to droop and die. I called again, and Vicki told me that they would have to pick them up on Saturday and take a look at them to see if they were that bad. They did not come on Saturday, so I called again, and Vicki said there was no way that they could pick them up till Monday in spite of the fact that I had stayed home to wait for them to come on Saturday. If a new arrangement was needed, it would also not be available until Monday. After arguing with her she finally said she would pick the flowers up that day. By this time the arrangement looked very lifeless. At best, her attitude and voice both seemed irritated. I felt like it was my fault the flowers died. I would recommend that you do NOT use this florist to purchase flowers or plants. They do not seem to want to stand behind their arrangements. I felt their customer service was awful, and they also do not seem willing to make adjustments in a timely manner. The entire thing was a struggle for me, and I felt bad that my friend had paid for the flowers. A definite NO!!!

My daugher's wedding is upcoming in July 2011. We had looked around for local florist and found New White Florist to be our 1st choice! Both friendly and knowlegable we feel confidient in our decision and look forward to letting you know how things turned out! Have seen numerous wedding flowers they have done and they are always beautiful!!
