Just moved to the area and got my hair done at Ulta. Jenna was recommended by someone I work with because I knew of no one in the area. She nailed it, I asked for something completely different that I normally do and she put me at ease and my hair turned out perfect. :)

Fabulous! This place is amazing, everything a girl could ask for all in one place. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, they help me find a the products I need as well as some that are just for fun. The best part of the whole store, THE SALON. I didn't even know it as there until one day I was shopping for hairspray when approached by Jenna. She introduced her self and a stylist in the salon and recommended all the right products for me and even got me int hat same week for highlights and a cut. I will never go anywhere again. She listened to everything I asked for and I have never been so happy with my hair! Go there and make sure to get in with Jenna in the salon.

No I would not recommend this store to anyone and this is why.I went to Ulta hoping to get a make over done. Well the girls weren't very helpful at all. I asked the one girl to do my make up and all she did was foundation and then stopped i was asking her about other products but she just said there over there. She didn't even take me to them. I found out a week later my best friend had went there on her birthday. She got the lady to do most of her make up til she said if i do any more of your make up im going to have to charge u $30. REALLY. Then she said well i plan on buying it all i just want to make sure it looks good. The lady said well that is policy. Then my friend said well can you show me where all the make up is so that i can get it. She said over there. My friends says where over there. She says over there. My friend goes i wanna buy all these products you have to show me which colors you used on me and where they are at. The girl at this point was working on another lady. The girl showed her where the foundation was then went back and told the other lady im sorry i can't believe she did that . My friend then didn't buy any of it. These ladies that work there don't get commission so they have no desire to wait on you hand and foot. So i would recommend going to Younkers to get you make up done if you want it done I use to work there and I was alot better with clients and make up!
