I needed someone to come and do an inspection of the common areas of my apartment to confirm there was cross metering. Russell was prompt and showed up when he said, was friendly and kind, and was thorough. I would use him again for any electrical needs and would refer him to a friend.

I am a resident of Auburn MA and required a replacement of my service line through the meter into the breaker box. I reached out to Russell Poulin and his turn around time for initial inspection and quote was outstanding. The actual work to be done was completed a few days later which was remarkable. The quality of work was great and Russell will be the first electrician I call for future work.

Did a great job installing my fan on a ceiling more than 20 feet high. I was amazed at how quickly that he got the job finished, clean up and all!

Have others had the same experience (noticed the call went to another number)? I am curious to know if my call went to the right person.

Russ did a great job upgrading my electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 amp service. He was courteous and helpful while performing his work.

I was looking for an electircal contractor to upgrade my mom's old fusebox panel. I live in PA and my mom's house was in Fitchburg, MA. Russell came to my home to repair fallen power lines on the exterior of my house after a tree came down on them. Russell promptly came to address the problem and had everything in my house restored in a few short hours. I can't say how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Russell. He's friendly, honest, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the well being of his customers. Russel is awesome, He responded quickly, found the problem and fixed it fast and was very reasonable. very friendly as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr Poulin installed a power transfer switch to use with my portable electrical generator. He came when he saild he would and he installed the equipment pretty quickly. He did not leave until every thing was tested and we were satisfied. I am very happy with the service and work that he did.

Yes, that's right. I lost my heat. due to an electrical problem. Although I was a new client, Russ found time to fix it before he started his first job. He's tremendously pleasant, efficient, and his work looks great. I'd recommend him to any of my friends.
