My car died a few weeks ago (on a Sunday) and wouldn't take a jump. Bennett's towing was the only company I called that was available to give me a tow. Unfortunately the tow truck put a small hole in my oil pan on the way to the mechanics and it needed replacement. That's fine, accidents happen, but I was worried Bennett's wouldn't pay for the damages. The day after I called Bennett's, the driver inspected the oil pan and paid the mechanic cash for a new one. Then he called me and apologized for the inconvenience.

Tow cost $100 dollars and the driver was very professional. 5/5 would use again.

In my time of need with a flat tire, I luckly remembered seeing a wrecker towing a car at the store so I Googled the name I could remember, Bennett's Towing, Dudley NC came up in the YP so I figured it must the truck I saw. Figuring either was too late I called & they were so polite & understanding. Instead of towing my car until I could get the tire fixed the gentleman changed my tire to my spare & gave me a very reasonable rate, thank God because I'm on a budget! Id like to give a BIG Thank You to Bennett's Towing & Roadside Service, I'm referring all my friends & family!!!!
