Goad Appliances was not my choice in the repair of a new washer. I had an extended warranty through Lowe's so it was their call. Goad came out and never checked the computer port in the back of the washer and never knew the washer could be reset. They ordered a new computer board but it took almost 2 weeks for them to come back to install it, after I called Lowe's to find out what was taking so long. The washer is still not fixed and I had another repair order in with Lowe's. Goad told Lowe's he could not get in touch with us and that was a lie...both the cell phone and the house phone have caller ID and no calls from Goad have been received so our service request was DROPPED. I would never recommend this company to anyone and have advised Lowe's to stop using them as a service provider for warranty work. They spent useless time and money from Lowe's with my washer.

I hate to even give these people ONE star!!! Absolutely horrible people! Called several times before finally getting a call back and being told they opened a ticket and would be calling me back. It's been almost 4 weeks and guess what NO CALLS!!! I even went to Lowe's Hardware and talked to them, they even gave me the guys personal cell phone number, called it left messages... STILL NO CALL BACK! I wouldn't recommend this company at all to anyone! I don't believe Lowes or anyone should be telling anyone about them either, they are NOT reliable and very dishonest. I have been told they "choose" which jobs they want to do because he is "an old man". If you don't want peoples business... DON'T be in business to begin with! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
