the customer service is appalling. and this is not just because of poor English but rather poor attitude. Went in to have piece of fabric stitched with a name based on the children's display blanket. The man blurted out several prices pointing to each word. He never asked for what size and decided to choose one himself! When the final product came out it was awful due to the oversized stitching. Ask for a refund politely and the man lost it- huffing and puffing pointing at his notepad that he did the right thing. The notepad had no size on it either and when this was pointed out he went ahead and accused us of wanting free stitching!!Either he doesn't understand English or was just so mad but finally grabbed the fabric and dumped it in the trash as if to test whether we were trying to get free stitching. There was plenty of fabric that I lost but it wasnt worth it. The guy has problems - cutting off his wife who I can only assume was trying to diffuse him. Got my refund from his hand, which were shaking from anger. Be specific and write things down because he will assume for you at your expense. Hopefully my net loss of fabric was not in vain.
