I believe you will make out much better at another jewelry store like Kay's or Shaw's. Prices are too high and quality is inferior. Sales people seem more interested in making money than meeting customers' needs. And yes, they are not good listeners.

Pushy sales force. Felt like I was in a car dealership. Even though I made it clear numerous times how I wanted to pay with cash the salesman kept pushing for me to open up a store card or use my credit card. They didn't listen to their customer (me) and even though I was quoted a better price after shopping for a particular item in other stores that day I walked away from the store without making a purchase. What was supposed to be a special purchase, it turned sour and ruined the experience for me.

I had my 1.2C wedding diamond of 30 years reset into a ring I purchased from Walden and within 2 months it broke off the new ring they set it in and id lost forever, I am heartbroken. When I returned they would not accept any responsibility nor would they replace the lost diamond. Poor workmanship, poor customer service and you can't even find there corporate office or customer service department so that should have been my first indication of this outfit. Be very very careful and expect a legal battle if your purchase goes wrong.
