The ladies who work here are wonderful but the owner is horrendous. I have purchased three machines from him and I brought him two new customers. I basically sold a machine for him to my friend. When my friend who is in sales herself asked him if he would compensate me he gave me a five dollar gift certificate. I have had many dealings with this owner but my next machine I will not purchase from him. He needs training in customer service.

I bought a machine for my daughter which required several trips to the store. They were fantastic with her to help her find the correct machine.

This place is fantastic. The ladies are very nice and will go the extra mile to help you. I went into their Duluth store looking for a walking foot for quilting. The retail price was $175 which was too much for my budget, and I left disappointed. Jane, however, called me a few days later to tell me of a 35% off coupon being offered. I gratefully returned, bought the foot, and couldn't be happier. ASC has a great service department as well. They keep my 30 year old Bernina 930 running like a brand new machine. Jack, the owner, is very nice as well. I brought my machine into the shop one day for a minor adjustment. He fixed the machine while I waited though I did not have an appointment. They also have a fairly extensive selection of coordinating quilting fabrics in batiks, prints, and solids. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality sewing machines at a fair price and friendly, personalized service for all your sewing needs.

when my wife told me she was going to spend $3000 for a sewing machine i began to search a round and found the best price here and the people where very helpful with helping her in learning her new machine.

I just moved to the area, and found this wonderful store. The people there are so nice and friendly! I tried out their sewing club - it was really fun and I met lots of new people that were friendly. I wasn't planning to trade machines, but I fell in love and now have a new top of the line machine that I dearly love. All the ladies there have been so helpful. I love visiting this store!

I bought 2 machines in the past from this company. I had always dealt with the ladies at the Marietta location. All of these women, are so sweet and kind, so it kills me to write this review.

I was ready to buy my 3rd and not final machine, and was trying to negotiate with the owner. He told me a price and then when it was time to pay, and I had driven 2 hours out of my way, he changed the price by $500. Of course, I was a little taken aback. My husband tried to reason with the owner. I have NEVER heard an owner of a company talk to a paying customer in such a manner. He was rude, and took personal attacks at my husband, while my husband was just trying to some sense into him and help the company make a $7000 sale. As a business owner myself, I am in shock. I have never been treated like this by anyone. I will inconvenience myself and drive to another state before I spend one penny in that store.

If you have a problem don't expect the owners to resolve it. Once they have your money, you are on your own.
