I had an absolute amazing time in the gem/bead store! The woman that helped me was highly informative, and honest about the items I was interested in, letting me know if the Gems/Beads are real stones with true color. As well as the items that were dyed with color to embellish the stones, however remaining real Gems, most businesses I have bought from are not always honest on Gem/Beads! These ladies were very honest, and I felt very peaceful shopping here! This will be my new store that I shop with. The store is highly organized and clean... I am overly impressed with the Duluth store and the amazing Energy ⚡

I used to shop at this store. Their prices were good on certain beads, crazy expensive on others. I noticed the place wasnt very organized (disheveled for a bead shop really). You might even get great customer service as long as you're spending money... until there is a problem. I was checking out and noticed something was manually rung up for 3xs the posted amount. Customer service flew out the window when I questioned the problem. The lady at the register refused to fix it so I didn't buy those beads. She slapped my purchases into a bag and snapped a rude comment towards me and my family. I want to let people know so they can be forewarned. It was really shocking to me, the lack of respect and hostility I was faced with. When you experience it for yourself it really opens your eyes to their type of business standards and with a little looking around online pay attention and you'll see the lengths they've gone to, to boost their image. Their efforts would be more beneficial if they were honest and actually just tried to improve customer service.
