Your company don't know what the heck they are doing. I paid my bill got a disconnect techs id number and you still disconnected my cable. Also I have the bundle package with the internet, phone, and expanded basic cable and your company was calling me wanting me to bundle my services. I also am constantly getting things in the mail addressed to me wanting me to get service wiht ya'll. Just shows how stupid your company really is.

this company is the worst to work with.... i have tried multiple times to get service established only to have no call-backs. I would call the manager to complain about lack of service and he didn't return calls either. Save yourself the frustration.. get service elsewhere.!
