Dear Readers,

I am one of the many patients affected by doctor castillo's office. Although many reviews and friends said they were the worst in the service, I ended up going to them and soon found out why they have bad reviews. I went to them only because it is near my residence and to save myself from the trouble during emergencies. But their staff has no sense of emergency and stood me up every time I thought I had an emergency.They dont respond well during miscarriages.They may be seeing lots of miscarriages in their service but they fail to understand that the patients face situations like pregnancy and miscarriage for the first time.The staff are very rude and ruthless. Unfriendly, unprofessional and unkind. The nurses and better off than the receptionist. But more than the nurses and doctors we have contact with the front office staff. We correspond with them regularly and they are the first point of our contact. If there is no proper reception that makes our day worse and our pregnancy sour. I generally dont write reviews, but yesterday's bad experience has brought me to this stage were I am writing a review today. I will refer doctor castillo only if she has some care for her patients and change her front office staff, the one's we meet first inside their office and the one attending the phone. I wish she reads this review and how painful patients feel about this.
