While I don't often write reviews, I'm very pleased with my experiences with GSM over a good number of transactions - they're open 24X7, and any time you look at their website or the tv show, you'll see a very wide assortment of high quality jewelry at the right prices, providing me with options that I don't have locally. If you don't see what you want, ask.

While I'm almost always very satisfied with my purchase when it arrives, I have returned items, and that process has been smooth and quick - the Customer Services Team have been quite helpful to me, and have processed my refunds in a good time. Thanks - Brittany, Clay, and Ki.

If you are looking for something special, I'd watch Steve's show - he's very knowledgeable, and helpful - pays close attention to quality, and provides useful input. Always has an eye popping assortment of stock. Mike & Diana are fun to watch, and so is Wes. Allan is kind of the senior statesman - can answer any question.

That said, I suspect anyone working there would be helpful- the people who answer the phone are certainly whizzes - they're on top of everything, no matter how busy they are. They always go the extra mile, tracking down whatever you need.
