The tech arrived on time but honestly did not have knowledge of any tv's. The tech kept calling the office for assistance . The tech arrived at approximatley at 1:45pm and was here until 4:00pm when we just told him to leave, was not able to tell me what the problem was or even get an idea. Big waste of my time and service call fee I had to paid. This company in my opinion should not be in business. Very dissatisfied with the service and of course no results.
