Provided by YPmobileThis place can be magical overall but has a few drawbacks. Pros : The price for admission is just $25 for 24 hours. You can access the hot tubs, steamrooms, saunas, the main area and the pool. Really great value. cons: The food is ehh* so-so and sometimes there are children inside which makes it a little less relaxing. Overall about a 3.5/4

Provided by YPmobileThis place is absolutely disgusting. We paid 200 for a couples massage only to be rubbed down with a towel on our body still for an hour. The people could not speak one word of English and absolutely did not have a massage license. Everyone that worked here was so rude as if we need to beg them to do their job when we are the ones paying. This is a shame and I can't believe they can get away with running such a horrible business. Please do not waste your money. These are some of the rudest people ive met in my life.

Provided by YP.comI am writing this review with an EXTREMELY heavy heart, as I always loved this place but the unkindness shown me today will NEVER allow me to go back. I have heard stories about this in the past, but refused to believe it and even defended the people here until it happened to me tonight.
I'm pretty sure that the young man (that I had never seen before) at the front desk who discriminated against the person in another review is the same person who discriminated against us.
We walked in (2 women), and as usual I offered my credit card to be swiped for entry. He was about to take it when my girlfriend that was with me (who speaks Spanish and had never been there before) asked me to explain to her what she should do next. I responded in Spanish and the young man immediately got loud and said, "Oh no, we cannot accept you. You are drunk." We definitely were not drunk and I said, "I"m confused." He said,"I'm sorry I can't accept you." My girlfriend was furious because she felt that when we switched from English to Spanish and laughed, that he felt powerless and did not understand, and quite frankly, I agree.
We walk back to the car and I am in total shock, as I have never experienced such unkindness the many times I have come here, especially in front of others. I say, "Let's go back in, I just need some clarification." We walk back in and I say, "We are not drunk, and I'm confused as to why you think we are." The young man replies, "I can smell alcohol on you, and even if you are not drunk, if you have had 1 drop of alcohol, I will not let you in." As someone who eats huge dinners with a glass of wine, I know when I have too many, and I'm more interested in going to bed than going to a sauna. I said, "I'm sorry, but I spend $1,000 to $2,000 here a month with all the family, friends, and business associates I bring here. Why would you do this?" The young man scoffs, "Oh, YOU spend that here? Anyway, we can call security if it's a problem." I could not believe my ears.
So, I'm writing this to inform you of the potential unkindness you may encounter if you are brown or speak another language that they do not understand (yeah, I went there). It is totally up to you whether you want to patronize their business, but any place that treats me like an animal and threatens to call security on me is not a place I will ever spend my money again. I am so terribly hurt and will really miss the ladies that work in the back, but due to this very sh*tty behavior displayed by this young man to me and my out of town guest I cannot in good conscious return. Oh, AND I am letting everyone in my circle in Buckhead, Midtown, and Sandy Springs know that we will no longer be having our bi-weekly trips there. Say goodbye to AT LEAST $25K this year and the good reputation I have always given by word of mouth, suckers. 명. 헤어짐, 작별
