worst experience ever

Came here and was seated quickly. Server finally came to our table after 10 minutes to get our drink requests. It took another 15 minutes to bring them. As he looks at my craz, I'm like we are ready to order, he said ok I will be back. 5 minutes later he comes and takes our order. We had to wait another 13 minutes for so bottom of the pot watery soup. I couldn't find our waiter for like 10

mins I looked. Asked a different waiter to switch out soups and he

brought it. Our waiter never brought out food, a busser did with no cheese or bread sticks. Service sucked bad. Food was sitting for a while and didn't taste fresh. Manager was contacted and he said he will take care of the bill. And if we wanted anything different. Nope, it was time to go. Spent too much time there with very poor service and nasty food. Ugh

I SEEN ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS AND FIGURE WHY NOT TRY IT... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK "TORI" HER NAME IS , IS VERY SLOW AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO LISTEN IT TOOK FOREVER FOR US TO GET OUR FOOD ! I ASKES HER FOR HOT WATER... NEVER GOT IT! I ASKED FOR TO GO PLATES AND THAT TOOK FOREVER TO GETSMH I WILL NEVER RETURN . BUT ON THE OTHER HAND THE FOOD WAS WONDERFUL!
