I stumbled upon this store last week and took a gander and noticed I had items that were in far better condition than many the store had to ofer. After making a purchase I returned home to gather my gently used items, which turned out to be a huge bag of neatly presented items. Long story short I over heard an employee say she was tired and a free moments later my all my items were returned to me with bogus reasoning like "there were stains and everything was faded, separates were complete and we don't take gerber". Why couldn't those few items be put to the side. I'll blame it on daylight savings, and consider bringing fewer items earlier in the day.



A new customer

Good stuff, not so great customer service (out of the whole team, there is one really nice employee there as the exception, the rest are blah). I have to say that the owner is rude to her employees. But the stuff there is reasonably priced and in decent condition.

I used to go there all the time. I loved it! Until one day I took a huge bag full of great name brand clothes and shoes to sell. They say they always buy, and they didnt. Then getting home I noticed a Brand New pair of baby boys NIKEs missing. Called and they swore they knew nothing about it. Well I will never shop at this location ever again. They are rude and dishonest ppl.
