I went to get a physical on August 31ST. I never heard back from them for my results. I called the office on the morning of September 16th and was told it seems like the lab never sent back my results and they would give me a call back. That call back never came. I reached out again on the morning of Sept 20th. They said base on their notes I doesn't show that I did any blood work (Keep in mind I came in for my annual physical and as we all know blood work is Physical 101). She than said oh I see it, it looks likes we have the results and the Nurse Practioner needs to give you a call to go over it. They finally uploaded my results and had to use Google to get an understanding of it. I'm still waiting on a call. *** I strongly recommend finding another Doctor***

Great doctor and physicians assistant. They are my primary care doctor and they always take time with you and get you better. You almost always get same day appointments also. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone who is sick.

He is an excellent and caring Doctor... His office staff is TERRIBLE! They are rude and uncaring. Long wait time and whenever I call the office I am always put on hold.

Office staff doesn’t check insurance and just says anything they want, long wait times, dishonest and lies , doesn’t call with test results, never have same day appointments available





The Full Story:

The office staff is incompetent and dishonest. My husband went in for a shot and asked what the cost would be, they told him insurance covered it and he would owe nothing. A little while later we got a bill stating a balance we called and was told insurance didn’t cover it. (This wouldn't be a problem if they [1] had checked like he asked them to and told him he would have to pay; or [2] told him they weren't sure and that he may have to pay). After a letter expressing our disappointment and a payment someone on the staff called and said they would not cash the check and if it was cashed they would reimburse us. About 3 months later we received another bill when we already paid. We called again and they said fax us all the bills and proof of payment so they could “reconcile” their records, so we did. Another month later we called and asked if they were going to reimburse us because we did not hear anything after the fax. An ongoing issue of never being able to talk to the same person and waiting forever on the phone I was told it was a “misunderstanding” and “someone” has to pay and that was us. Cronic himself is nice, however being lied to numerous times really makes me question the ability of a doctor and his office.

I paid for an office visit which totaled $150.00 for the doctor to tell me to keep taking the medicine I had presicbed by the minute clinci 2 days ago and if I needed any refills to call. Well, listen to this I call and was placed on hold for 35 minutes, when the person return to the phone she was very rude and said, I should have hung up - I got no apology. I began to explain what I needed and in the middle of my statement, she says please hold and place me on hold for another 20 minutes. This time I disconnect the call and call back to speak with the office manager who never picked up the phone. However, I was told by this un proffessional person that refill are not allowed because I have only viosited this Dr. office once.





I have chronic bronchitis with the flu and they could care less.



To all my sisters and brother find a doctor office that care and enjo helping people.l I think our new Mayor should hear about this.
