While walking through Gwinnett Place mall trying to finish my holiday shopping, I passed by the T-Cellular Sprint kiosk on the lower level by Sears. An employee there tried to get my attention to sell me something. I said "no" and continued walking. From behind me I hear him yell (in a very sarcastic and condescending tone) "Stay in Church!" I let this process for a second, turned around and said "Excuse me?" and he said (again with an air of sarcasm and hatefulness) "I said STAY IN CHURCH." I said a few things I'd rather not post here and walked away. I was so upset that I decided to return to get the employee's name. I am a Sprint customer and have been for the last year. When I came back to the counter they were all hysterically laughing (management included). I asked the employee what his name was and he said "No, I don't think so." So I said "You don't understand, I need to know your name so I can report you to Sprint for harassing my religious preferences." At this point he blew up at me stating "You do need to stay in church - it's not my fault you have a bad personality and don't know how to talk to people." I have never been so offended in my life. First the guy says I need to stay in church because I said "no" to his sales pitch, then he attacks my personality because I'm offended by his claim. His manager stepped in front of him and said he would be happy to talk to me. Keep in mind his manager was standing there the entire time and never said anything prior to this. I asked the manager for the employee's name and he also refused to give it to me. I asked him for the number of the kiosk and the name of the company that owned it and he still refused. He continued to say "you're obviously very upset" at which point I said "OH REALLY!? you think I'm upset, your employee just yelled at me to stay in church and then continued to tell me I had a bad personality. I want his name and the information of this kiosk. I am a Sprint customer and they need to know what they're representatives are doing." He wouldn't give me any specific information and instead offered me his business card and said I could talk to him about whatever problem I was having. Obviously these people don't understand customer service or sales. This particular sprint kiosk will NEVER receive any business from me. I strongly urge you not to buy from this facility. They are rude, prejudice and hateful to their customers or just people passing by. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. BUYERS BEWARE!
