Overall was okay but would not go there again. Seems to be a lack in communication among the employees. Overall would pay extra at one of the other locations and hope for better customer service.

Horrible customer service from at least three folks who work here, including the manager. They do not treat you like you are a customer paying their paycheck. They treat you like they are your bully boss and you are working for them and they cannot wait to talk down to you and show you how superior they are. Especially the female manager.



They are rude and they are those folks who get all of their self worth at work from talking down to people. You can tell they cannot wait to do it. They must get treated like crap at home and have no self esteem from anywhere else in their pathetic lives. Go to the FEDex Kinkos at Club Drive and Pleasant Hill or the UPS store in Lilburn off Rockbridge and Hwy 29 if you want EXCELLENT service.
