Purchasing process was slower than it should be. Used cars on the lot were in such disrepair that I said won't buy at any price. Sold me an XC90 out of a lease. Failed to disclose it had been majorly wrecked and had all kinds of work done - but not well. Said it was under warranty, but when I tried to get all the tons of things falling apart fixed, the owner of the dealership fought me on the warranty. They took so long processing the title, that the temporary tags almost ran out. Their person who does the titles wasn't going to help, and we had to go over her head to get the title before the tags went out. They did the title paperwork wrong, and my wife and I had to take time off work to go down to the DMV to get it fixed. This was our second and last Volvo.
